All orders are shipped the best and inexpensive way to you, weather USPS, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.
RUSH ORDERS
No RUSH ORDERS may be made through the website but must be made to our email address. Rush orders can also be sent by either Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex Air starting at $25.00. Email for details. Sales@stonescrystalemporium.com Attn: Rush Order Department. Global Express and INTERNATIONAL Rush Air service depends on size and weight of orders. Starting price is $145.00. Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days.

Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. NO returns on home study courses, DVD, or CD's. All damage and shortage claims be made within 2 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Contact Customer Care Center at sales@stonescrystalemporium.com to report damages. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles once items are returned and inspected.
BACK ORDERSBack order are only held for three months. After the three month period the order is canceled. Emails will be sent to you notifing you of the back order.
If you designate us to hold the order, then any refunds issued to you will be less fees. Fees are those paid to paypal when orders are placed and refunded.
If refund is within the first 45 days then no fees are charged.
Anything held over 3 months (90 days) are subject to these fees and administrative fees as well.
We are not a bank or lending institution, We only charge the fees which we have been or will be charged.
