Ordering Procedure

- Fill out order form, and click submit
- Await return email "within 24 hrs" this will have complete pricing
and shipping charges - Confirm pricing
- Pay emailed invoice, instructions will be enclosed with invoice
- Merchandise will be shipped
- ALL ORDERS ARE "FIRST IN FIRST OUT"
- ORDER WITH CREDIT CARD/DEBT CARD, ECheck, Transfer
Pay by PayPal
- We accept the PayPal SEND MONEY feature, all emailed invoices are
only payable through Paypal.
Shipping Options
- All orders are shipped the best and most inexpensive way to you,
weather USPS, UPS, DHL, or Fedex. All shipping can take between 6 to
21 days on average depending on your location.
- SHIPPING IS WORLDWIDE
RUSH ORDERS
- No RUSH ORDERS may be made through the website but must be
made to our email address. Rush orders can also be sent by either
Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex Air starting at $25.00. Email for details.

Global Express and INTERNATIONAL Rush Air service depends on size
and weight of orders. Starting price is $145.00. Delivery time is usually
10-21 business days.

Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days in unused, like-new, 100%
saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. All damage
and shortage claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. If damaged
upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
Contact Customer Care Center at sales@stonescrystalemporium.com to
report damages. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within
1 -2 billing cycles once items are returned and inspected.
